I worked at the National Wildlife Federation in Vienna, Va.  for 10 years before moving to their Distribution Center in Winchester Va. where I worked for another 10 years. In August of 2006 they decided to close down the Distribution Center and lay everyone off. I was able to hang on until February until they pushed me out the door.

 Only 2 days later I got a call from the Loudoun County Court House with a job offer. I love my new job. I am the Information Technology Specialist. I get to help everyone in the Clerks office with any computer problems or solutions. Everyone is very nice and helpful, I hope to be there for a very long time.

The only thing I don’t like is the commute to Leesburg. Rt 9 can be a bear sometimes. I will talk about my commute and offer some solutions in the Commuting Page. What are some of your complaints or solutions?
